Consumers participate by sending the unique code printed on or inside the pack. The same code works across every channel you enable; ChekIntel verifies it, applies your rules and triggers the reward.

THE CHANNELS
• WhatsApp — submit codes in chat and receive reward alerts. Typically the highest-volume, fastest-fulfilling channel.
• USSD — a menu-driven flow for feature phones, dialled on a market short-code (*347# in Nigeria, *483# in Kenya, *714# in Ghana). No internet needed.
• SMS shortcode — branded sender ID with delivery receipts.
• Web microsite — a campaign landing page where consumers enter the code in a browser.
TWO KINDS OF CODE BATCH
• Unique per unit — one distinct code per pack. It burns on first use and can never reward again. This is genuine proof of purchase, and the recommended default.
• Shared across units — the same code printed across many units. Each phone may enter once per code, and the code stops at the redemption cap you set.
A shared code proves that someone knows the code, not that they bought the product — anyone it is forwarded to can enter. Set a cap, keep wins odds-based or draw-weighted rather than "every Nth scan", and rely on the platform quarantining a code automatically if it is broadcast to too many numbers at once. Shared batches are available from the Enterprise plan.
GOOD TO KNOW
Channel availability follows the market — the builder only offers channels connected for the country you are running in. Each channel reports its own success rate on the dashboard, so you can see where submissions convert best.
