Raffle campaigns layer scheduled draws on top of instant rewards. Every valid submission earns weighted entries; draws run with audited winner selection.
*The Raffle draws tab: completed and scheduled draws, each with Run draw and Winners & audit.
DRAWS
Each draw shows its entry count, the number of winners and the prize mix. Scheduled draws sit alongside completed ones so you can see what is coming and what has paid out.
A draw does not fire by itself at its scheduled time — someone presses Run draw. That is deliberate: draws are usually a supervised, often public, moment. Winners are picked at random weighted by entries, so a consumer with five entries has five times the chance of one with a single entry.
Two options at run time: notify winners immediately, or seal the results so the draw is done and audit-locked in advance while nobody — including your own team — can see the winners until you press Reveal. Every draw records an audit seed as proof the result was not tampered with.
PRIZE ALLOCATION
Prizes are allocated against pools, optionally by state/region tier — a grand prize might be drawn across all regions while appliances are weighted to particular tiers. If a tier does not have enough entries to fill its slots, the remainder spills to the open pool so prizes never strand. The prize table tracks total, allocated and claimed, so you always know remaining liability.
REDEMPTION
Physical prizes are claimed at a redemption centre. Winners receive a WIN- code by SMS; an agent validates it at the centre, confirms identity and releases the prize. The code is single-use — the first completed handover burns it and decrements stock.
