Chexy for Fitzrovia Tenants

How to sign up for the Fitzrovia × Chexy program, how payments work, and joining after you've already moved in.

How does Chexy work for Fitzrovia Tenants?

Four (4) business days before rent day (the 1st of the month), Chexy will charge your selected delivery method to fund your Chexy account.

On rent day, Fitzrovia will then withdraw the rent amount directly from your Chexy account.

How do I sign up for the program?

If you're about to move into a Fitzrovia building:

  1. Make sure you've paid your deposit (last month's rent) by entering banking details on your Resident Portal.

  2. Three weeks before move-in day, you'll be ready to switch to Chexy for ongoing rent payments. Open the Chexy link...

  3. Enter your Chexy PAD account details in your Fitzrovia Resident Portal.

Once your first rent payment is complete, you'll be on your way to earning!

If you're already living in a Fitzrovia building:

  1. You'll receive a Fitzrovia welcome email when you move in — it includes Chexy's sign-up instructions.

  2. Open the Chexy link or go to chexy.co/fitzrovia.

  3. Create a Chexy account using the same name as your lease.

  4. Set up your monthly payment with Chexy.

  5. Add your preferred card (credit or debit).

  6. Link your Aeroplan number to your account.

  7. Enter your Chexy PAD account details in your Fitzrovia Resident Portal.

Once your first rent payment is complete, you'll be on your way to earning!

Can I still sign up after I've already moved in?

Yes — you can join the Fitzrovia × Chexy Program at any time.

If you're eligible to earn Aeroplan® Points, you'll start earning only on rent payments made through Chexy after your account is activated and linked to your Aeroplan number.

Past rent payments made before activation are not eligible for Aeroplan Points.

Once your account is set up, all future eligible rent payments made through Chexy will automatically earn Aeroplan Points — or any applicable offer — based on your lease type, building category, and current program terms.
