How many Aeroplan Points can I earn?
The number of Aeroplan Points you can earn depends on your building and unit. Each Fitzrovia property offers its own reward structure, which may include:
Points earned for every dollar of rent paid through Chexy.
Bonus rewards when you sign a new lease or renew an existing one.
Special milestone or promotional bonuses unique to your building.

When will I see my earned Aeroplan Points?
If you're earning points per dollar on rent, you'll see them appear in your Chexy dashboard once your rent payment has been successfully withdrawn by Fitzrovia each month.
For lease signing or renewal bonuses, please allow up to one month after signing for the points to show in your Chexy dashboard — we'll receive this information directly from Fitzrovia and update your account as soon as it's confirmed.
In all cases, please allow up to 60 days from the time points appear in your Chexy dashboard for them to be successfully delivered to your Aeroplan account.
Are there fees if I pay using a Credit Card?
Thanks to a current promotion through Fitzrovia and Chexy, we are happy to be able to waive credit-card processing fees on your first three Fitzrovia rent payments made through Chexy.
