Our platform works with any payment system that accepts PAD rent payments, including popular tenant portals like RentCafe, Yardi, Buildium, and Building Stack.

Once you complete onboarding with Chexy, you’ll receive unique account details for your "Chexy Wallet," a digital deposit account in your name that functions like a regular bank account. Use these details to set up PAD payments on your landlord’s preferred platform.

For added security, many tenant portals require Microdeposit verification, which Chexy fully supports (learn more).

This verification process usually takes 2-3 business days, so we recommend first-time PAD users sign up at least 8 business days before their initial payment.
