I JUST realized my payment failed. Was my landlord still paid?

In the event that your rent was not successfully charged to your card, we do everything we possibly can to notify you via email with sufficient time for the problem to be solved so that your rent can still be sent to your landlord as scheduled.

If your rent has not been successfully charged by Chexy, or the funds have not yet had enough time to settle, we cannot send the scheduled rent e-transfer to your landlord on your behalf.

If your rent is due today, and you have not been successfully charged please submit a support ticket and our team will direct you.
