Many reasons exist for making schedule changes. We will discuss the reasons you may need to make changes.

Reasons to Make Scheduling Changes

  1. Reassign a schedule to another employee

  2. Delete a schedule

  3. Change the scheduled duration or start and end times

  4. Edit the days or recurrence options

Reassigning a Schedule to Another Employee

From the Schedules or Time screens, select a day in the future. The Time Card opens. Now, click on the arrow to open the shift.

You will see the Reassign Schedule option. Click the action and follow the prompts. You can choose to reassign this one shift only or all future unworked schedules.

Deleting a Schedule

Follow the same steps for reassigning a schedule. The Delete Schedule option is above Reassign Schedule. Click Delete Schedule and select to delete this schedule only (just this one shift) or delete this and all future schedules and confirm yes or no.

Change the Scheduled Duration or Start and End Times

From the Schedules or Time screens, select a day in the future. The Time Card opens. Now, click on the arrow to open the shift.

Click on Schedule. You can change the scheduled duration or the start and end times. Then save.

NOTE: Currently, the change only applies to this one shift and not future recurrences. For changes to all future recurrences, you must delete the schedule and create a new one. We are working to upgrade this functionality.

Edit the Days or Recurrence Options

At this time, you can't edit the days or recurrence options, but please be patient. It's coming. You will need to delete the schedule and create a new one.
