If an employee gets to a job site and doesn't see their job on the app, this article is for you.

Is your employee staring at a blank screen? Your employee must be on the Team assigned to that job.

If this happens to your employees, tell them to clock into the unknown job option, and you can edit the time card later.

But how do you get the employee on the Team so they can clock into it next time? It's easy.

Teams > select the Team > + Add Team Member.
