Overview
Field supervisors can customize how they receive notifications for important events. Choose between app notifications, SMS alerts, or Notification Feed based on your Notification Levels.
Steps to Configure Notifications
1. Access Notification Settings
Open the Chronotek Pro mobile app
Tap "More" in the bottom right corner
Select "Manage Notifications"
2. Set Up SMS Alerts (Optional)
Toggle SMS consent for high-priority notifications
Note: Additional charges apply for SMS messaging
3. Customize by Category
Navigate to each section to manage specific alerts:
Time Cards
Employee Events
Supply Updates
4. Adjust Notification Levels
Tap "Notification Levels" to view available options:
Low: Activity log only
Medium: Activity log + push notifications
High: Activity log + push notifications + SMS
Set your preferred threshold for:
Team Manager alerts
Team Observer alerts
5. Save Your Changes
Tap "Save" to apply your new notification preferences
Settings take effect immediately
Important Notes
Settings must remain within company-defined minimum thresholds
You can update these preferences anytime
Different events may have different available notification levels
