Life is busy. Supervisors who need to hire on the spot can use the “Hire an Employee” option on the supervisor app.
Supervisors may only add employees to teams they manage.
Supervisors may only add the role of “Employee” (Supervisors cannot add other supervisors or administrators to the system).
Supervisors may get activity feed events, in-app push notifications, or SMS texts for new hires that happen from both the Supervisor App and the Admin site “Add Employee” wizard. Supervisors will get this notification when an employee has been hired to a team they manage/observe.
Set up your notifications for New Hires from the app too.
