During payroll processing, time card issues, such as when employees forget to clock out, create urgent back-and-forth communication between administrators and supervisors. This chaos needs a better solution.

How Field Supervisors Manage Issues on the Mobile App

Supervisors can immediately tell you the information you need from the supervisor mobile app. They simply click the Issue Filters on the Team Jobs home page and follow the steps.

Select the time card with the issue.

Clearly see the issues on the time card. Choose to Get Started.

Supervisors can add a Note and give the issues a thumbs down (unexcused) or thumbs up (excused.)

When finished, they simply Submit the information.

The Supervisor's Time Card Notes Are Immediately Visible to the Admin

Admins can immediately see what the supervisors wrote. Admins can add their own Notes and override the thumbs down (unexcused) or thumbs up (excused).
