Sometimes, you want to track the time people are working, but there is no specific location. The person can clock in using a 4-digit PIN code that you assigned to a job.
(Ask Chronotek Support to turn on the Shift Pin feature.)
Add a Shift Pin to the Job
Go to the Schedules menu and click on the job name.
You will land on the Job Profile > Schedules tab.
Open the Shift menu (hamburger icon) and select Edit Shift Pin. Enter a unique 4-digit code and save.
On the Schedules menu, you will see the shift pin numbers:
How to Clock In Using the Shift Pin
On the mobile app, go to Home. Press I need to Clock In (notice these are all green buttons).
Now select the green # Clock in by PIN button. Type in the 4-digit shift pin.
The system will pull up the job associated with that pin. Press the green Select button.
Press Clock In and Confirm...
