Your trainer dials — the Trainer Dials in a Live class, or the Free Style Dials in a Free Style class — only unlock when:
You're logged in to the CicloZone app with the same email the studio used to invite you, AND
You're assigned as the trainer for the current Live or Free Style class.
If they're not unlocking, check both of these.
Check 1: Your CicloZone app email
Open the CicloZone app → Profile.
Confirm the email matches the one the studio invited.
If they don't match, see "My studio invite email doesn't match my CicloZone app email — what now?"
Check 2: Class assignment
Ask the studio manager (or check yourself in Trainer Web Access if you have Schedule permission) that you are assigned to the current class slot.
Virtual classes have no trainer assignment at all — trainer dials only appear in Live and Free Style classes. In a Live class you get the Trainer Dials; in a Free Style class you get the Free Style Dials.
How to reach your dials
Open the CicloZone app.
Tap Studio Ride.
Enter the studio code.
Connect your bike → Continue.
Once in class, swipe left past the Rider Dials and the leaderboard to reach your trainer screen.
You always swipe left, and the screens loop round in a circle — there's no swipe right, because on most phones that triggers the system back gesture and would take you out of the app.
Still not unlocking?
If your app email matches the invitation, you're assigned to the current class, and your dials still don't appear after swiping left through every screen, ask in the chat and include:
Your studio name.
The email on your CicloZone app account.
The class and time you were assigned to.
