How do you get paid?

Test IO pays its testers on a monthly basis. In the following article, this monthly payment cycle and payment options are laid out.

Timeline

  1. On the 11th of each month (or the next business day), we will add up your earnings from the previous month and display the sum on your Bills page.

  2. Click on the entry to review all bill items. If you notice any shortcomings, please report them to our support.

  3. Otherwise, request the payment by clicking the Request button until the 19th.

  4. Within a few minutes, a PDF invoice will be made available to you.

  5. The requested payment will be sent by the end of the month.

Notes

  • If the 11th is a weekend day or a national holiday in the USA, we will create the summary described in step 1 above on the next business day.

  • Only if you click the Request button, the payment will be sent to your payment account.

  • If you miss the deadline (the 19th) and only click the Request button afterward, we will pay the bill in the following month's payment cycle.

Payment status

  • “generated”: You requested the bill to be paid to you but the payment process has not started yet.

  • “In progress”: The payment process for your bill has been initiated in our system. Note that you may have already received the payment in your account but the status remains In progress. Only after all payments from all testers have been completed, the status will change to paid.

  • “paid”: We completed all transfers for all payment methods. Note that this does not mean that you already received your money. Depending on your payment method, it might take several days before the payment is visible in your account.

If you haven't received your money by the end of the month, please contact our support and we are happy to assist.
