Test IO processes payments automatically based on your selected payment method and payout settings:

Bank Transfer: payment cycles take place on the 11th and 26th (or the next business day). Twice-monthly payments are enabled by default. You can disable the additional payment if you prefer to receive payments once a month, in which case your payments will be processed only in the payment cycle on the 11th (or the next business day).
PayPal: payments are processed once a month. Processing may take several business days after the monthly payment cycle starts.

Timeline

Before each payment cycle starts, you can review all bill items by clicking on the relevant entry here. If you notice any discrepancies, please report them to our support team. Any missed bill items will be added to the next payment cycle.
When payment cycle starts (or the next business day), we will total all your earnings transferred to Cirro and display the sum on your Bills page.
You will receive an email once the PDF financial statement is ready for download.
Your payment will be processed automatically if your available balance meets your payment threshold. The minimum payment threshold is $25, but you can set a higher custom threshold in your payout settings.
If you use Bank Transfer and twice-monthly payments are enabled, an additional payment cycle takes place on the 26th of each month (or the next business day). It includes eligible bill items available for payment at that time that have not already been requested.
If your payment threshold is met when the applicable payment cycle takes place, your full eligible balance is requested for payment. The actual date when the funds reach your account may vary depending on processing times by financial institutions.

Notes

If the 11th or 26th falls on a weekend or a national holiday in the USA, the corresponding payment cycle will take place on the next business day.
PayPal payments are processed once a month and may take several business days to complete.
Bank Transfer payments are processed twice a month by default. You can disable the additional payment if you prefer to receive payments once a month.
Payments are processed automatically during the applicable payment cycle if your payment threshold is met, so there is no need to request them manually.
The minimum payment threshold is $25. You can set a higher custom threshold by navigating to Payout → Account & Payout Settings → Payout Schedule and updating the Payout Threshold field.
The payment threshold determines whether a payment is triggered during a payment cycle. Your eligible balance must be equal to or higher than your payment threshold. If the threshold is met, your full eligible balance is requested for payment.
Transaction fees may apply to Bank Transfer payments.

“Generated”: The bill has been requested for payment, but the payment process has not yet started.
“In progress”: The payment process has been initiated. You may have already received the payment, but the status remains In Progress until payments for all testers are completed. Then, the status will change to Paid.
“Paid”: All payments for all testers have been processed. This does not necessarily mean the funds have already reached your account. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take a few additional days for the money to appear.
