Test IO pays its testers on a monthly basis. This article outlines the monthly payment cycle and available payment options.
Timeline
Until the 10th, you can review all bill items by clicking on the relevant entry here. If you notice any discrepancies, please report them to our support team. Any missed bills will be added to the next payment period.
On the 11th of each month (or the next business day), we will total your earnings from the previous month and display the sum on your Bills page.
You will receive an email once the PDF financial statement is ready for download.
Payment will be processed automatically on the first business day between the 11th and the 13th of each month, provided the minimum amount of $25 (or custom-set threshold) is met. The actual payment date may vary depending on processing times by financial institutions.
Notes
If the 11th is a weekend day or a national holiday in the USA, the summary described above will be created on the next business day.
Payments will be processed automatically each month once the minimum (or custom-set) amount is met, so there's no need to manually request them or worry about missing a payment.
You can configure the minimum payout amount by navigating to Payout -> Account & Payout Settings in the Payout Schedule tab and updating the Payout Threshold field.

Payment status
“generated”: The bill has been requested for payment, but the payment process has not yet started.
“In progress”: The payment process has been initiated. You may have already received the payment, but the status remains In Progress until payments for all testers are completed. Then, the status will change to Paid.
“paid”: All payments for all testers have been processed. Note that this does not necessarily mean you have received your money yet. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
If you haven't received your payment by the 20th of the month, please contact our support, and we will be happy to assist.
