Motivation
Bank Transfer is the preferred payment option on our platform due to its reliability, payment frequency, and cost-effectiveness. Here's why:
Reliability. Bank transfers are more stable and encounter fewer issues compared to PayPal.
More frequent payments. Bank Transfer payment cycles take place on the 11th and 26th of each month or the next business day. PayPal payments are processed once a month.
Lower fees. Transaction fees depend on the receiving account. For example, a payment to a local bank account in Vietnam has a $10 transaction fee. Test IO covers the first $3, so $7 is deducted from the tester’s payment. A payment to a Payoneer USD account has a transaction fee of only $0.75. Because this fee is fully covered by Test IO, the tester receives the full payment amount in their Payoneer account.
When to Use PayPal
Consider using PayPal if:
Bank Transfer is not available in your country.
You experience issues with your bank details.
For the best payment experience, we recommend adding and activating a Bank Transfer payment method.
How to Switch to Bank Transfer
Local Bank Account:
Payments arrive in your local currency directly into your local bank account.
Note: Trolley applies its own exchange rate, which may differ from official rates.
Online Payment Providers (e.g., Payoneer, Wise, Grey):
Set up a USD account with one of these recommended providers or a similar alternative.
For a Payoneer USD account, the $0.75 transaction fee is fully covered by Test IO, so the full payment amount is credited to the tester’s Payoneer account. Payoneer may charge separate fees for withdrawing or converting the funds.

After adding the USD payment method, make sure that you change the country and address back to your actual country of residence and current residential address.
Bank Transfer provides access to twice-monthly payment cycles and may offer lower fees and more reliable processing than PayPal. Updating your payment method is easy. See Payout Options for detailed instructions.
