💡 Payments are issued in USD. Your bank or payment provider may convert the payment into another currency. Currency conversion rates and additional fees may apply.
❗ The minimum payment threshold is $25. If your eligible available balance does not meet your threshold when a payment cycle takes place, the balance will remain available for a future payment cycle. Once the threshold is met, your full eligible balance is requested for payment.
Setup
Go to the Account & Payout Settings page in your Cirro profile. You can also access this page by opening the Account drop-down menu and selecting Account & Payout Settings.
Click on the Payouts tab.
Click on the Add Payout Method button.
Adding a Payout Method consists of two steps: entering your General Information and selecting a Payout Method.
During the General Information step, enter your first and last name, email address, country, and address. Make sure that all information is accurate, and then click Next.
In the second step, you will need to select the Payout Method. You can choose between Bank Transfer and PayPal.
For Bank Transfer, enter the bank details requested for your country and receiving account. These may include an account number, routing number, IBAN, account holder name, or other local bank details. The account holder name must match the name entered during the General Information step.
For PayPal, enter the email address associated with your PayPal account.
When you finish adding the required info for the selected payment method, you can add and activate it by clicking the Add and Activate button. At the end, you should see the confirmation screen, which you can dismiss by clicking on the Done button.
Tips for setting your PayPal to receive payments from Test IO
To use PayPal as a payout option, your PayPal account must be ready to receive payments from businesses.
Before selecting PayPal
Check the PayPal country availability page and your local PayPal website to confirm that your account can receive business payments.
Link and confirm a bank account or debit card to verify your PayPal account.
Make sure that your PayPal account is verified and has no restrictions on receiving payments.
Check your PayPal email address carefully before adding it in Cirro.
For seamless transactions:
Check your PayPal settings and make sure that your account can receive payments directly, not only through your website.
Make sure that your account is configured to accept payments with transaction fees automatically. Otherwise, PayPal may send you an email asking you to accept each incoming payment manually. If you do not accept the payment within 30 days, it may be canceled.
Check your PayPal account and email regularly for payment requests or additional verification requirements.
Bank Transfer solutions
The bank details required for a Bank Transfer depend on your country, currency, and receiving bank.
If you cannot receive a Bank Transfer directly to your local bank account, you may be able to use a supported payment service that provides suitable receiving account details, such as:
Availability and account requirements vary by country. Contact the provider directly to confirm whether its account details can be used to receive your payments.
Transaction and currency conversion fees may apply. Check the applicable fees with your bank or payment provider.
From time to time, Trolley may ask you to upload additional documents or verify your information. In this case, you will receive an email from Trolley containing a link to complete the request. Check your spam folder regularly and provide the requested information promptly to avoid payment delays.
