How to Receive Payments in USD

Learn how to receive payouts in USD using Payoneer, Wise, or similar services by adding a USD payout method in Cirro.

Payments to local bank accounts can only be made in the local currency. This results in a transaction fee that may vary from $1 to $22, depending on the country.

However, there is a way to receive payments in USD without a transaction fee through platforms such as Payoneer, Wise, Grey, Airtm, or similar services. These platforms provide users with a USD bank account in a U.S. bank, which can be used to receive payments from us.

Before proceeding with adding a payment method, you need to locate the BIC and Account Number of your USD account provided by one of these platforms.

How to Set Up a USD Payout Method in Cirro

  1. Go to the page Payout in your Cirro profile to set up your payout data. You can reach this page if you click on the Account drop-down and then select Account & Payout Settings.

  2. Click on the + Add Payout Method button.

  3. Adding a payout method consists of two steps: General Information and Payout Method selection.

Step 1: General Information

Enter your personal details such as First Name, Last Name, and Email.

For the Country and Address, select United States to match the USD bank account details provided by your payment service.

After entering the required information, click Next.

Step 2: Select Payout Method

  • Choose Bank Transfer.

  • Enter your U.S. bank account details: BIC, Account Type (usually Checking), Account Number,

    and Account Holder Name.

  • The Account Holder Name must match the name provided in the General Information step.

  • Click Add and confirm by clicking Done.

โš ๏ธ Mandatory Step After Adding the Payment Method:

  1. Click the Edit icon next to the payout method.

  2. Change the Country and Address to your real current country and address.

  3. Save the changes.

This step is required to ensure your profile information remains accurate.
