The Status column in the Champions: Overview tab displays whether a volunteer is active or inactive with your organization. Watch the video below to learn more about Volunteer Statuses.

A volunteer will have a status of Active if any of the following has occurred in the last year:

  • The volunteer has signed a waiver.

  • The volunteer has submitted a Questionnaire/Survey.

  • The volunteer has any Activity Log data associated with them (including data added by an admin or data generated from a check-in event).

  • The volunteer has registered for an Event.

A volunteer will have a status of Inactive if they do not meet any of the above criteria. If an Inactive volunteer engages in any of the above criteria, their status will automatically transition to Active.
