Editing an Activity Record

Follow along with the video above to learn how to edit an activity record in the Activity Log tab.

In the event that a champion inaccurately inputs information or forgets to check-out, then an administrator may edit the record.

To edit a record, first click the pencil icon to the right of the individual record you wish to edit.

In the next screen, edit the opportunity, times, volunteer role, and/or team that was previously input. Here, I changed activity duration from 0 to 1 hour. Submit your edits by selecting Save Activity.
