How Do I View All of the Meetings That Have Been Conducted within my Organization?

To view the meetings that have occurred within your organization, select the Meetings tab.

In the Meetings tab, you can view all the mentor meetings that have been scheduled within your organization. To view details of a specific meeting, select the date associated with the name of the mentor and mentee.

After selecting the date of the meeting you will be able to review the questionnaire responses of a mentee and/or mentor. If there are no responses within the meeting, this indicates feedback has not been logged by a mentor and/or mentee.

To view meetings from a specific mentor, mentee, program, and meeting times, select the "filters" tab

Next, input the information from each drop-down, after this information has been applied select "apply" (if you would like to apply more than one filter, select "add" and repeat the previous step)

Any filters you have applied will appear highlighted in yellow.
