How to Set Default School Times & Break Times
Open Admin Settings
From the desktop version of ClassCover, click your school name and select Admin Settings.
Locate ‘Default School Times & Break Times’
Scroll to find this section and click Edit.
Update the Default Times for Your School
Enter your school’s standard start and end times.
Add scheduled breaks to mirror your daily timetable.
These will auto-populate important fields in booking forms.
Save Changes
Click Save to apply your updates. This ensures every new booking reflects your school's daily schedule.
Need a One-Off Adjustment?
If a specific booking requires different hours (e.g., a shortened day), simply select the Special option in the booking form and enter custom times for that session.
How It Affects Payroll
Any changes you make here are automatically reflected in your payroll summaries, helping maintain accurate support for hours worked.

Note: This feature is available only on desktop. It cannot be updated via the mobile app.
