After verbally being booked, teachers will often log on to ClassCover and update their availability to 'Unavailable' (UA). It is important for your records that you are still logging this through your account.

You are able to place a booking on a teacher's profile who is listed as 'Unavailable' (UA) if you have booked them.

If the teacher has been booked on ClassCover by another school, then the booking will not be allowed to proceed.

Important

It is highly important that you know for certain that the teacher is only unavailable due to you previously speaking with them.

Simply click on the cell that says 'UA', confirm that you are the school that has booked this teacher, and continue the booking as normal.

The red 'UA' will change to a red 'B' for Booked.
