Keeping Your Availability Updated on ClassCover

Keeping your availability up to date is one of the easiest ways to boost your chances of getting booked. Schools rely on accurate availability to know when you're free for bookings, so if it’s not updated, they may not send you booking requests. A quick check-in to update your availability helps you stay visible and ready for work when opportunities come up.

Tip: If you're only available for either the morning (AM) or afternoon (PM), Half-Day availability options are perfect if you can't commit to a full day.

Updating Your Availability on a Computer

When using ClassCover on a computer, updating your availability is a quick and easy process.

  1. Log in to your ClassCover profile.

  2. Go to the ‘My Calendar’ tab.

  3. Select the date(s) you want to update.

  4. Choose your availability status – full day, half day (AM or PM), or unavailable – and save.

  5. Need to make regular updates? Use the Recurring Availability Updater to set recurring availability for periods when you're regularly available or unavailable.

Updating Your Availability on the Mobile App

If you prefer using the mobile app, the process is just as simple:

  1. Open the ClassCover app and tap the ‘Calendar’ tab.

  2. Select the date(s) you want to update

  3. Choose your availability – full day, or half day (AM or PM) – or mark yourself as unavailable.

  4. Don’t forget to hit SAVE when you’re done!
