How do I update my availability?

To update your availability via a desktop computer (web browser):


-After logging in to your ClassCover profile, click on the 'My Calendar' tab.

-On the calendar, select the date(s) you wish to change your status for, then click on the Update availability button.

-A pop-up box will appear with the dates you have selected, choose the status type, and click 'Update'.

You can also setup a ‘Repeating Status‘ for block bookings or permanent unavailability.

To update your availability via the mobile app:

-Open ClassCover app. 

-Tap on the ‘Calendar’ tab. 

-Select the date(s) you wish to update by tapping on them then click the blue circle ‘Update’ button in the bottom right-hand corner.

-Select your desired status and time option (full day or half day AM or PM). Click OK. Once finished, click SAVE. 

You can also setup a ‘Repeating Status‘ for block bookings or permanent unavailability.

We cannot stress enough how important this is to schools and to your booking request outcomes. Failure to update on a regular basis may result in a school not including you in their booking requests.

It only takes 1 minute, so make a habit out of it! Create a reminder on your phone for Sunday afternoon to update your ClassCover profile via either the mobile app or desktop.
