If you have a pending request and you no longer require a relief teacher, you are able to cancel the booking.
When making a booking on the desktop version of ClassCover using 'Book a Teacher', you will be taken to a screen that shows an inflight view. On this screen you are able to simply cancel the booking as seen in the screenshot below.
Canceling a booking that has been confirmed
If you need to cancel a booking that has already been confirmed or if it was done via pre-confirmed booking, simply go to your Calendar >> Find the Date of the Booking >> Click on the Teacher's name >> Click on Cancel Booking >> Enter a message to be sent to the teacher, enter the reason of the cancellation >> Click Confirm to cancel the booking.
