Setting a Custom Delivery Time for Your Daily Booking Summary

You can choose the best time for your Daily Booking Summary (DBS) email to be sent, allowing you to tailor the timing to suit your needs. This flexibility ensures that you and your team receive the summary at a time that suits your school's needs. Follow these simple steps to adjust your preferences:

Step 1: Set Your Preferred Time for the Daily Booking Summary

  1. Click your School's Name at the top right corner of the page via the Desktop Version of ClassCover.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select Admin Settings.

  3. Under the Daily Booking Summary option, click Edit.

  4. Select the time you want to receive the DBS and click Save Changes.

    1. Note: The DBS will be sent at your chosen time the next day.

Step 2: Ensure You’re Subscribed to the Daily Booking Summary

  1. Go to Profile Settings.

  2. Under School Settings, click the Edit button next to Booking and Notification Settings.

  3. In the Email Notifications section, check the box for the Daily Booking Summary (and/or other notifications you’d like to receive).

  4. Click Save Changes.
