Setting a Custom Delivery Time for Your Daily Booking Summary

Staying on top of your school’s bookings is easier when the right information reaches you at the right time. ClassCover gives you the ability to customise the delivery time of your Daily Booking Summary email, helping you prepare for the day ahead – on your schedule.

Whether you prefer early morning updates or want them to arrive just before the school day begins, this setting gives you the flexibility to plan your day with confidence.


What’s Included in the Daily Booking Summary?

The email includes:

  • All bookings confirmed for the current day

  • Details for each booking - including casual's name, class being covered and shift time for the casual

By setting your preferred delivery time, you can ensure this summary lands in your inbox at the most useful point in your day.


Step 1: Set Your Preferred Time for the Daily Booking Summary

  1. Log in to the desktop version of ClassCover

  2. Click on your School Name in the top right corner

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Admin Settings

  4. Find the Daily Booking Summary section and click Edit

  5. Choose your preferred delivery time from the dropdown

  6. Click Save Changes


Step 2: Make Sure You’re Subscribed to the Daily Booking Summary

  1. Click on your School Name and select Profile Settings

  2. Under School Settings, click Edit next to Booking and Notification Settings

  3. In the Email Notifications section, tick the box for Daily Booking Summary (and any other notifications you’d like to receive)

  4. Click Save Changes
