Inactive Profile? Here’s How to Reactivate Your ClassCover Account

Why is My Profile Marked as Inactive?

If you haven’t used ClassCover in over 90 days, your profile may be marked as inactive. This inactive status alerts schools that you haven't engaged with your account recently, which may result in:

  • An Inactive Tag: This tag signals to schools that you’re inactive and could lead to removal from their lists or being hidden from future booking requests.

Note: ClassCover does not deactivate profiles automatically. You will still appear in school lists and in the Find New Teachers directory even if your account is tagged as inactive.

Reactivate your Profile to Get Booked

If you want to get more booking requests, it’s a good idea to reactivate your profile, so schools know you’re ready and available to work. Here’s how:

  1. Log into your ClassCover account via the app or your desktop.

  2. Update Your Availability: By updating your availability, your profile will automatically remove the inactive tag, signalling to schools that you’re open for bookings.

Once you’ve done this, schools will see you as active and ready for future bookings!
