1. Check Do Not Disturb Mode is OFF
Ensure that Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode is turned off, as these features can silence notifications.
How to Turn Off Do Not Disturb:
Swipe down from the top-right corner of your Home Screen to open the Control Centre.
Tap the Focus button (crescent moon icon).
If Do Not Disturb is active, tap it to turn it off.
Note: If you have "Share Across Devices" enabled, turning off Do Not Disturb on one device will affect all your Apple devices.
2. Allow Notifications for ClassCover
iOS allows you to manage notifications on a per-app basis. Make sure that notifications are enabled for ClassCover.
How to Enable Notifications for ClassCover:
Go to Settings > Notifications.
Scroll down and select ClassCover.
Toggle Allow Notifications to ON (green).
Enable alert styles: Lock Screen, Notification Centre, and Banners.

If you're logged into ClassCover on multiple devices, push notifications may only be sent to the most recently active device.
