When the ClassCover app isn’t working as expected, restarting your device can often resolve common issues. However, if you’ve already tried this, here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try.
Troubleshooting Steps
Log Out and Log Back In
If the app isn’t updating or a feature isn’t working, logging out and back in can reset data and resolve many issues:
Open the ClassCover app.
Tap on the Menu icon in the top right hand corner.
Select Log Out, then log back in using your credentials.
Uninstall and Reinstall the App
Sometimes, updates to your device’s operating system or other apps can cause performance issues. Reinstalling the app ensures compatibility with your device.
Important: Log out of the app before uninstalling to avoid losing data.
Steps for Android:
Open Settings > Apps or Application Manager.
Find ClassCover, then tap Uninstall.
Steps for iOS:
Press and hold the ClassCover app icon until it wiggles.
Tap the X icon and select Delete.
Once uninstalled, reinstall the app from:
Google Play Store (Android)
iTunes App Store (iOS)
