Managing your availability and responding to booking requests efficiently is key to getting the most out of ClassCover. Whether you’re ready to accept a booking or need to decline one, ClassCover makes the process quick and straightforward. This guide will help you understand how to manage booking requests effectively.

How ClassCover Sends Booking Requests

Booking requests can be sent via one of three methods:

  • Push Notification: The preferred and most immediate method, sent directly through the ClassCover app.

  • SMS: Delivered to your mobile as a text message.

  • Email: Sent to the email address linked to your ClassCover account.

You can manage your notification preferences through the ClassCover app.
To do this, tap the Menu icon at the top of your screen > Account & Settings > Booking Notifications.

We recommend enabling push notifications to ensure you receive booking requests as quickly as possible.

Get Booking Requests Instantly with Push Notifications

Push notifications are the fastest way to receive and respond to booking requests in real time. They help you stay on top of your bookings and increase your chances of being selected by allowing you to accept or decline requests the moment they arrive – on your iPhone, Android device, or computer.

Next Step: Check Your Availability is Up-to-Date

Now that your profile and notification settings are sorted, make sure your ClassCover Calendar reflects when you're actually available to work. An up-to-date calendar helps schools know when to send you booking requests – and missing this step could mean missing out on work.
