Enabling push notifications on your iOS or Android device is a great way to ensure you receive booking requests promptly. Push notifications allow you to respond in real-time, increasing your chances of securing more work opportunities by being able to reply to requests as soon as they come in.
Why Push Notifications Are Important
Instant Alerts: Push notifications let you know immediately when a school sends a booking request, so you can respond quickly.
Securing Opportunities: Schools often prioritise teachers who respond promptly. With push notifications on, you’re more likely to see and respond to requests right away, ensuring you don’t miss out on work.
Reliable Communication: Relying on push notifications keeps you connected, even if you’re not actively using the app, so you never miss an important request.
Tip: To receive notifications reliably, make sure you’re logged into only one primary device. If you’re logged into multiple devices, ClassCover will only send notifications to the most recently logged-in device. If using two devices, turn off notifications on the secondary device, log out, and log back in on your primary device.
