1) We ask that you lock the room as you set up your workspace prior to your session commencing.

2) At least two minutes before your session starts you should be ready to go.

3) Upon a student asking to join the room, allow them in as soon as possible no later than the start time for your session.

4) We always encourage you to use the ‘share screen’ and ‘screen in screen’ features on Whereby to allow you to see your student and manage the content being delivered.

5) You can share notes and communicate with the students by clicking on the Chat button.

6) Consider having a couple of practice sessions with family or friends.
