Here are the simple steps on how to accept or reject a booking request as a Hub Administrator.
You will be notified via email for every booking request made by the schools in your group.
Click on the Complete the Booking button in the email you received or you may log in to your school's profile and go to the Hub & Spoke Requests Tab.
Accept or Reject the booking request.
