Go to More > Settings > Store Settings > Workflow > Wash & Fold to set up how orders move through washers, dryers, ironing, and folding.

Configuration

Use Wash & Fold Tracking: Toggle on to assign orders to washers, dryers, and folding locations.
Ask for Washer/Dryer Cycle: Toggle on to prompt for a cycle when assigning a machine.
Optional Stages To Track: Select Ironing, Folding, or both.
Default Action When Wash & Fold Completed: Select whether the order status stays the same, prompts for confirmation, or is automatically set to cleaned.
Product Sections Shown in To-do Orders: Select which sections appear in the to-do list.
Display Machines By: Select Machine Name or Machine ID to control how machines are labeled on the machine board.

Assigning Orders Requires Cash Drawer Payout: Toggle on to require a payout when assigning orders.
Machine Amount Increment: Select the smallest amount, from cents to $1, machine pricing can increment by.

Notifications & Maintenance

Machine Notifications: Select Off, Notifications Only, or Notifications and Sound.
Machine Notification Duration: Select Until Dismissed, or a set number of seconds or minutes.
Maintenance Reminder: Select Do Not Send, or a number of days before maintenance is due.

Available integrations depend on your region.

Alliance Location ID: Enter the Alliance location ID used to connect machines.
Alliance Machine Control: Toggle on to allow Alliance to control machine starts.
Tangerpay: Managed from the Tangerpay integration setup.
FasCard Machine Control: Toggle on to allow FasCard to control machine starts.
Laundroworks Machine Control: Toggle on to allow FasCard to control machine starts.

Default Washer Cycle: Select Cold, Warm, Hot, or Hypoallergenic.
Default Washer Time: Enter a default time manually.
Selectable Washer Times: Enter a comma-separated list of times in minutes (for example, 15, 20, 25, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120).
Default Washer Amount ($): Enter the default charge for a wash.

Select any washer to add, view or edit its details, including cycles, sub-cycles, and modifiers.

Washer details: ID, Name, Size, Purchased, Maintain Every, Last Maintenance, Next Maintenance, Times Maintained, Price
Cycles: Name, Machines, Default Time, Price, Color
Sub-cycles: Name, Type, Price Adjust, Machines, Cycles
Modifiers: Name, Price, Time Adjust, Machines, Cycles

Default Dryer Cycle: Select Cold, Warm, or Hot.
Default Dryer Time: Enter a default time manually.
Selectable Dryer Times: Enter a comma-separated list of times in minutes (for example, 1, 15, 20, 25, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120).
Default Dryer Amount ($): Enter the default charge for a dry cycle.

Select any dryer to add, view or edit its details, using the same fields as Washers above.

Ironing Locations: Set how many locations you have, and add, edit, or delete each one by ID and name.

Folding Locations: Set how many locations you have, and add, edit, or delete each one by ID and name.
