Push Notifications

Push notifications are sent to a customer's phone through the Customer app. They're free to send and one of the most effective ways to reach customers.

  • Enable Push Notifications: Toggle on to turn on push notifications.

  • Send Email/SMS if Push Not Successful: Toggle on to fall back to email or SMS if a push notification fails to deliver.

SMS Management

  • SMS Credits Remaining: Shows your current balance. Purchase credit bundles of 1,000 or 5,000.

  • Auto Top-Up SMS Credits When Below 100: Toggle on to automatically top up when credits run low.

  • Delay Sending SMS When Order Cleaned: Select No Delay, or a delay of up to 24 hours.

Note: Email and push notifications are free. SMS and WhatsApp require credits.

WhatsApp Management

  • WhatsApp Active: Shows whether WhatsApp notifications are turned on for your store.

  • WhatsApp Credits Remaining: Shows your current balance. Purchase credit bundles of 1,000 or 5,000.

  • Auto Top-Up WhatsApp Credits When Below 100: Toggle on to automatically top up when credits run low.

Tip: To see exactly what your customers receive, register a test account, place a test order, and follow it through Detailing, Cleaning, and Ready. This is a useful way to check your notification setup before it reaches real customers.
