Pricing & Fees

  • Minimum Order Amount ($): Enter the lowest amount allowed for an order.

  • Allow Customers to Use Custom Price Lists for Pickup and Delivery Orders: Toggle on to let specific customers use a price list other than the default.

Delivery Fees

  • Additional Fee for Express Delivery: Select $ or % as the fee type, enter the fee, and set the turnaround time, in hours, this fee applies under.

  • Exclude Delivery Fee from Discount: Toggle on to stop discounts from applying to the delivery fee itself.

  • Delivery Fee Tax Exemptions: Select which taxes the delivery fee is exempt from.

  • Nothing to Pickup Fee ($): Enter a fee to charge when a driver arrives and there's nothing to collect. When a driver marks an order as Nothing to Pickup, a note is added to the order, it moves to Detailing/Cleaning, and it's cleared from the Driver App feed. If the driver takes a photo before marking it, that photo is also sent to the customer and visible in the POS and Customer app.

Tips
