CleanCloud works with a range of devices. This article lists the hardware we recommend and fully support, and where to buy it. If you already own equipment, check that it’s listed here before you buy anything new.

CleanCloud can only support operating systems that are still supported by their manufacturer and receiving updates.
Make sure your device and its accessories are on the lists below.

The fastest way to get started: CleanCounter
CleanCounter is CleanCloud’s own all-in-one POS. It’s a Windows 11 Pro device with a 15.6-inch touchscreen and an optional customer-facing display, so you don’t need to put a computer together yourself. It’s currently available in the United States, UK and Europe.

Barcode scanners
Most USB and Bluetooth scanners work with CleanCloud. We recommend:

Inateck BCST-70 or BCST-73 (Bluetooth, also sold with a charging base)
Weight scales
We recommend:
Mettler Toledo BC-60 (up to 150 lbs)
Mettler Toledo BC-150 (up to 300 lbs)
Fairbanks Ultegra 29824 (up to 150 lbs, USB only)
Other USB or serial scales may work, but we can’t guarantee them. Scales connected by USB or serial to a PC or Mac need QZ Tray installed.
Cash drawers
Any drawer with an RJ-11 or RJ-12 connection works, because it plugs into the printer. Drawers connected by USB don’t work.
Mobile printers for delivery drivers
These printers work with the new CleanCloud Driver app on iOS and Android:

Epson Mobilink TM-P80II Plus
Star printers don’t support all languages or special characters, so some text may not print correctly. Other printers that support Epson’s ESC/POS language may also work, but we can’t confirm it.
