Note: Admins can’t add stores in the new CleanCloud yet. We’re building this now. Until it’s ready, contact our Account Management team and they’ll add your store for you.
You can manage several locations from one CleanCloud account. Each store has its own subscription and is tied to its own address.
Who can add a store
Only the main account can add a store. This is usually the first store you created, with your billing details. If you aren't the main admin, ask them to contact Support.

Email am@cleancloud.com, or open the support chat from More > Support. See How to contact CleanCloud Support.
Tell us you want to add a store.
Include your Store ID Number, which is at the bottom of the More page.
Give us the new store’s name, address and contact details.
Tell us what to copy from your existing store: settings, customers or products. Pickup and delivery settings are not copied.
Note: Databases stay separate unless you ask us to link them. When databases are linked, a change in one store shows in all linked stores. Linked databases can't be unlinked once a store has active orders, so talk to Support before you choose this.
What it costs
Each store needs its own subscription. If you add a store part-way through the month, you pay a pro-rated fee for the remaining days. Add-ons such as SMS credits are charged separately.
After the store is added
Add staff at More > Users. You can use the same email address and password in more than one store.
Buy SMS credits at More > Settings > Communication > Notifications.
Set up payments at More > Settings > Payments & Discounts > Payments.
Set up pickup and delivery at More > Settings > Pickup and Delivery > General if you use it.
Set up your hardware at More > Hardware.
To move between stores, select your initials, then Switch Store.
