Creating a Branch

To Add Branch:

1. Go to Branches section

2. Click "Add Branch" button

3. Enter branch information:

- Branch name

- Location/address

- Contact number

- Contact email

- Operating hours (optional)

4. Assign manager

5. Assign staff members

6. Click "Create Branch"

Branch Details:

- Name: Branch identifier

- Location: Physical address

- Contact: Phone and email

- Manager: Primary branch contact

- Staff: Assigned operators and cashiers

Managing Branches

Edit Branch:

1. Go to Branches section

2. Click branch name

3. Modify:

- Name, location, contact info

- Operating hours

- Assigned staff

- Manager

4. Click "Save"

Disable Branch:

1. Open branch profile

2. Click "Disable"

3. Jobs cannot be assigned to disabled branch

4. Existing jobs remain accessible

5. Can re-enable anytime

View Branch Jobs:

- From branch profile

- See all jobs assigned to this branch

- Filter by status

- View branch-specific metrics
