Cancellations and refunds are both handled directly from the Subscribers section of your Clubb dashboard.
How to cancel a subscription
Go to Customers in your dashboard
Click the Subscribers tab
Click on the relevant subscriber
In the panel that appears, click Actions in the top right
Select Cancel Subscription from the dropdown
How to issue a refund
Go to Customers in your dashboard
Click the Subscribers tab
Click on the relevant subscriber. In the panel that appears, scroll down to Payment History
Click the arrow next to the payment amount you want to refund
In the panel that appears, click Refund
