Clubworx integrates with a number of payment processors to simplify how you collect payments from your members. To use any of the providers you will need to create a facility with them. When your account is linked with a provider, your payments that have been automatically generated in the system are collected through the provider from within Clubworx. This means that you can manage your payments in one place, Clubworx.
We have several payment processors that we can integrate with, depending on your location:
Bluefin Payments (United States, Canada): accepts credit- and debit cards in the US and Canada and bank accounts in the US.
Stripe Payments (United States, Canada, certain European countries and South America): accepts debit- and credit cards.
IntegraPay (United States): accepts credit- and debit cards as well as bank accounts.
Ezidebit (Australia, New Zealand): accepts credit- and debit cards as well as bank accounts.

Clubworx Smart Forms and waivers can work with Ezidebit and Stripe allowing you to offer online sign up/registration to simplify the process of setting up your members and their payments even further.
Each provider has their own applicable fee structure. We can provide more information around this or you can contact the provider directly to discuss.
Please note, if you do not want to use one of the providers above you can manage your payments via an external method too (ie, cash or an alternative payment provider) by reconciling them manually within Clubworx. Click here to find more about how this works.
