If you are a gym with multiple locations, it may be the right fit for your business to have one account per location.
This allows you to view revenue reports for each location individually, manage staff on a per-location basis, allow members access to a singular location, and separate the accounts that your auto-payments are settled into based on location.
To enable multi-site for your gym, you'll first need to set up multiple Clubworx accounts per site you're looking at opening. For each gym you need to set up, simply log out of your account and sign up for a new account.
Each account will need it's own separate email address, but once you're set up - We're able to give your preferred email access to all accounts as an account owner.
Next, you'll need to ensure the new account is set to the Accelerating or Established plan. Head to "Admin" then "Billing":
Now, you'll be asked to choose a plan. To have access to multisite, you will need to choose either "Accelerating" or "Established" (note: pricing may vary depending on currency, location, and gym type):
On the next page, you'll be asked to activate your account by adding your card details for payments:
Once this is done, you can contact support@clubworx.com to have your two or more multisite locations linked up.
Adding Staff to Multiple Locations
To add a user to multiple locations, you will need to send them a separate invite on each location you want them to access.
To accept the invite, they will need to ensure they are logged out of their Clubworx account before clicking the invite link. Once they have accepted all invites, please contact support@clubworx.com for them to be linked to your account and gain access across all accounts.
