How to set your Default Reply Email Address

Select a default reply email address to make sure that you’re getting your members' replies.

  1. Go to Admin > Account Profile.

2. Select a default email address from the drop down menu at the bottom of the screen. Your default reply email address needs to have a domain owned by you eg. info@youruniquebusinessname.com. It must not be a free-mail domain such as Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook.

If you do not have your own domain, the reply email will default to hello@clubworx.com. We recommend that you add an instruction when emailing from Clubworx to direct your contacts to reply to another email address instead.
