How to set your Default Reply Email Address

Select a default reply email address to make sure that you’re getting your members' replies.

  1. Go to Admin > Account Profile.

2. Select a default email address from the drop down menu at the bottom of the screen. Your default reply email address needs to have a domain owned by you eg. It must not be a free-mail domain such as Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook.

If you do not have your own domain, the reply email will default to We recommend that you add an instruction when emailing from Clubworx to direct your contacts to reply to another email address instead.
