Your dashboard is the central hub for managing your coaching practice. Get a complete overview of client needs, track performance metrics, and manage tasks all in one streamlined interface.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides five key sections to help you stay organized and focused on what matters most:

  • Needs Attention - Identifies clients requiring immediate action

  • Touchpoints - Communication tracking and goal setting

  • Activity Feed - Real-time client activity and engagement monitoring

  • My Stats - Performance metrics and compliance overview

  • My Tasks - Personal task management and automated reminders

Coaching Services Customization

Customize which services appear on your dashboard for each client using the Coaching Services feature. Select from Exercise Program Design, Lifestyle Coaching, and Consultations to ensure your dashboard shows only relevant metrics and due dates for each client's specific service package.

Needs Attention Section

Quickly identify which clients need your immediate focus. This prioritized view helps prevent clients from falling through the cracks.

Available Filters

Sort client tasks by:

  • Exercise Due

  • Lifestyle Due

  • Consults Due

  • Missed 2+ Workouts in a Row

  • Missed 2+ Lifestyle Prescriptions in a Row

  • Less than 50% Exercise Compliance

  • Less than 50% Lifestyle Compliance

  • All (view everything at once)

Coaching Services Customization

Streamline your dashboard by customizing which services appear for each client. Select from three available coaching services:

  • Exercise Program Design - Workout programming and fitness plans

  • Lifestyle Coaching - Habit tracking and lifestyle prescriptions

  • Consultations - Regular check-ins and assessment meetings

Benefits:

  • Decluttered dashboard - See only relevant metrics for each client

  • Accurate compliance tracking - Metrics reflect actual services provided

  • Personalized due dates - Only shows deadlines for active services

  • Improved workflow - Focus on services you're actually delivering

Managing Coaching Services

From the Dashboard:

  1. In the Needs Attention section, click the three dots next to any client

  2. Select "Manage Coaching Services"

  3. Toggle services on/off for that specific client

From Client Profile:

  1. Navigate to the client's profile

  2. Go to Settings section

  3. Update Coaching Services preferences

  4. Save changes

How to Use

  1. Select your preferred filter from the dropdown

  2. Review the client list that appears

  3. Click on any client to take immediate action

  4. Address urgent items first (red indicators)

Use this for: Daily workflow prioritization, identifying at-risk clients, systematic client check-ins

My Tasks

Eliminate scattered to-do lists with integrated task management directly within CoachRx.

Task Types

Manual Tasks (You Create)

  • Custom tasks with due dates

  • Client-specific reminders

  • Administrative follow-ups

Automatic Tasks (System Generated)

  • Onboarding guidance for new users

  • Overdue payment alerts

  • Platform feature reminders

How to Manage Tasks

  1. Create a task: Click "Add Task"

  2. Set details: Add description, due date, and assign to client (optional)

  3. Track progress: Check off completed tasks

  4. Review regularly: Use the task list for daily planning

Best practice: Review your task list each morning to plan your coaching priorities.

Touchpoints

Track and maintain consistent client communication with goal-setting and progress monitoring.

Setting Goals

Organization Goals

  • Set by organization owner/admin

  • Applies to all coaches

  • Establishes minimum communication standards

Individual Coach Goals

  • Personal communication targets

  • Must meet or exceed organization minimums

  • Customizable based on coaching style

Tracking Progress

Your dashboard shows:

  • Completion percentage of your touchpoint goal

  • Clients you've reached your goal with

  • Clients still needing attention

How to Use

  1. Set your communication goal in settings

  2. Monitor progress on your dashboard

  3. Focus on clients showing in "needs attention"

  4. Track touchpoints through comments, messages, and consultations

Note: You can disable this feature if you prefer not to use structured communication tracking

Activity Feed

Monitor real-time client activity and engagement based on your assigned programs and prescriptions. Stay connected with what's happening across your entire client base.

Key Features

  • Client filtering - View specific clients or all clients at once

  • Activity types - Filter by Exercise Sessions, Lifestyle Prescriptions, or Weekly Check-In Feedback

  • Engagement opportunities - Add comments and reactions directly to client activities

  • Progress monitoring - Track what's working well and identify improvement areas

How to Use the Activity Feed

  1. Access the feed from your dashboard center section

  2. Filter by client using the dropdown to focus on specific individuals

  3. Filter by activity type:

    • Exercise Sessions (workout completions and results)

    • Lifestyle Prescriptions (habit tracking and compliance)

    • Weekly Check-In Feedback (client responses and updates)

  4. Engage with activities by adding supportive comments or reactions

  5. Monitor trends to identify patterns in client behavior

Engagement Best Practices

  • Celebrate wins - Acknowledge completed workouts and achievements

  • Provide encouragement - Support clients through challenging periods

  • Add personal touches - Use reactions and emojis to show you're engaged

  • Address concerns quickly - Respond to missed sessions or declining compliance

Workflow tip: Check the Activity Feed 2-3 times daily to maintain consistent client connection and catch issues early.

My Stats

Get insights into your coaching effectiveness with key performance metrics.

Available Metrics

  • Total Client Count - Active clients you're coaching

  • Total Client Compliance % - Overall adherence to all programs

  • Exercise Client Compliance % - Workout program adherence

  • Lifestyle Client Compliance % - Lifestyle prescription adherence

Time Filters

View stats across different timeframes:

  • 30 days

  • 60 days

  • 90 days

Using Stats Effectively

  • Identify trends - Are compliance rates improving?

  • Spot problems early - Declining metrics indicate issues

  • Adjust approach - Use data to refine coaching methods

Track growth - Monitor client count and retention
