FAQ

Q: How long does it take for my data to appear?

A: Initial sync can take up to 24 hours. Historical data from your devices will gradually appear during this time. After initial setup, data typically syncs within a few hours.

Q: Why should I set device priority?

A: If you wear multiple devices that track the same metrics, device priority tells CoachRx which data source to use. This prevents duplicate or conflicting data.

Q: Can I disconnect a device later?

A: Yes, return to "Manage Your Connections" and tap "Disconnect" next to any device you want to remove.

Q: Will my coach see all my health data?

A: Your coach sees the trends and metrics relevant to your coaching (sleep, activity, readiness, etc.). They use this data to provide better guidance and adjust your training.

Q: Do I need to manually enter data anymore?

A: Once connected, your devices automatically track and sync data. You only need manual entry if you're not wearing your device or tracking something not covered by your wearables.

Q: What if I forget to wear my device one day?

A: Missing data will appear as gaps in your trends. This won't affect previously recorded data. Just resume wearing your device normally.

Q: Can I connect multiple devices of the same type?

A: You can have multiple health apps and devices connected, but use device priority to choose which one CoachRx should use for each metric type.

Q: How do I know if my device is syncing correctly?

A: Check your Trends dashboard regularly. If data stops appearing for several days or shows unexpected gaps, verify your device connections and permissions.
