Stripe Express
You are on Stripe Express if:
You connected Stripe before January 15, 2026
You can continue using Express, but it has limitations (outlined below).
Stripe Express vs Stripe Standard
Stripe Express (Legacy)
Stripe Express was designed to simplify onboarding, but it limits control.
With Stripe Express:
Limited dashboard access
No control over payout schedules
Limited visibility into disputes
Fewer financial tools and reports
Greater reliance on CoachRx for payouts and support
Stripe Standard (Recommended)
Stripe Standard gives you full ownership and control of your business finances.
With Stripe Standard, you can:
Control payout schedules
Manage bank accounts
Handle disputes directly
View detailed financial reports
Access full Stripe analytics
Receive payouts directly from Stripe, without delays
Operate Stripe independently from CoachRx
How CoachRx and Stripe Work Together

Why we Recommend Stripe Standard
Stripe Standard gives you true ownership of your revenue.
Key benefits include:
Full control of payout timing
Direct deposits from Stripe (no intermediary delays)
Full dispute visibility and control
Advanced reporting and analytics
Greater financial transparency
More flexibility as your business grows
Converting from Express to Standard
Stripe does not offer a direct migration path from Express to Standard.
However, you can create a new Stripe Standard account and reconnect it to CoachRx.
Important: This Is a Reset Process
Because Stripe Express stores products, subscriptions, cards, and invoices directly in that account, the transition requires clearing existing data.
What’s Required to Convert
If you choose to move from Express to Standard, you’ll need to agree to:
Deleting all existing products
We’ll provide a CSV so you can recreate them
Canceling all active client subscriptions
Removing all saved client credit cards
Reconfiguring your storefront
Losing visibility into past invoices inside CoachRx
Once complete, we:
Disconnect your existing Stripe account
Clear the Stripe connection in CoachRx
Help you reconnect using Stripe Standard
