Stripe is CoachRx's payment processing partner, available in 40+ countries. This integration allows you to collect payments directly through the platform and access advanced business management tools.

Before You Begin

Important Requirements

Account Owner Access Required:

  • Only the Account Owner can connect Stripe to CoachRx

  • Super Admins can view Business Suite tools after connection

  • Regular Admins and Coaches cannot initiate Stripe connection

Email Address Requirement:

  • You must use a different email address than your existing Stripe account (if applicable)

  • Cannot connect an already-established Stripe account directly

  • CoachRx creates a new Stripe Connect account during setup

Information Needed:

  • Business details and information

  • Identity verification documents

  • Bank account or payout information

  • Tax identification numbers (depending on location)


Connecting Stripe to CoachRx

Step 1: Navigate to Business Section

  1. Log into CoachRx as the Account Owner

  2. Click "Business" in the top navigation bar

  3. Business Suite interface opens

Step 2: Access Payments

  1. Inside Business Suite, select "Payments" from the sidebar

  2. Payments dashboard opens

  3. Stripe connection status displays

Step 3: Start Stripe Setup

  1. Click "Connect Stripe" button (or similar connect/setup button)

  2. Stripe setup process begins

  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe registration flow

Step 4: Create Your CoachRx Stripe Account

  1. Follow the prompts to create Stripe account through CoachRx

  2. This creates a Stripe Connect account linked to your CoachRx organization

  3. Complete all required fields in the setup wizard

Important: This process creates a NEW Stripe account specifically for your CoachRx integration.

Step 5: Handle Existing Stripe Accounts

If you already have a Stripe account:

  1. You must use a different email address for the CoachRx integration

  2. Your existing Stripe account cannot be directly connected

  3. Contact Stripe support to discuss:

    • Transferring your existing account to CoachRx integration

    • Merging account data

    • Migration options

  • Prevents conflicts between accounts

  • Ensures proper CoachRx integration functionality

  • Maintains separate business entity if needed

Step 6: Complete Stripe Registration

Required information includes:

Business Details:

  • Business name and type

  • Business address

  • Website URL (if applicable)

  • Business description

Identity Verification:

  • Personal identification documents

  • Social Security Number or Tax ID

  • Date of birth

  • Legal name

Payout Information:

  • Bank account details for deposits

  • Routing and account numbers

  • Payout schedule preferences

Tax Information:

  • Tax identification numbers

  • Business structure details

  • Required tax forms

Step 7: Confirm Connection

  1. Complete all Stripe onboarding steps

  2. Verify all information is accurate

  3. Submit for Stripe review (if required)

  4. Stripe status shows "Connected" in CoachRx

  5. Business Suite tools are now unlocked and accessible
