Stripe is CoachRx's payment processing partner, available in 40+ countries. This integration allows you to collect payments directly through the platform and access advanced business management tools.

Before You Begin
Important Requirements
Account Owner Access Required:
Only the Account Owner can connect Stripe to CoachRx
Super Admins can view Business Suite tools after connection
Regular Admins and Coaches cannot initiate Stripe connection
Email Address Requirement:
You must use a different email address than your existing Stripe account (if applicable)
Cannot connect an already-established Stripe account directly
CoachRx creates a new Stripe Connect account during setup
Information Needed:
Business details and information
Identity verification documents
Bank account or payout information
Tax identification numbers (depending on location)
Connecting Stripe to CoachRx
Step 1: Navigate to Business Section
Log into CoachRx as the Account Owner
Click "Business" in the top navigation bar
Business Suite interface opens
Step 2: Access Payments
Inside Business Suite, select "Payments" from the sidebar
Payments dashboard opens
Stripe connection status displays
Step 3: Start Stripe Setup
Click "Connect Stripe" button (or similar connect/setup button)
Stripe setup process begins
You'll be redirected to Stripe registration flow
Step 4: Create Your CoachRx Stripe Account
Follow the prompts to create Stripe account through CoachRx
This creates a Stripe Connect account linked to your CoachRx organization
Complete all required fields in the setup wizard
Important: This process creates a NEW Stripe account specifically for your CoachRx integration.
Step 5: Handle Existing Stripe Accounts
If you already have a Stripe account:
You must use a different email address for the CoachRx integration
Your existing Stripe account cannot be directly connected
Contact Stripe support to discuss:
Transferring your existing account to CoachRx integration
Merging account data
Migration options

Step 6: Complete Stripe Registration

Complete all Stripe onboarding steps
Verify all information is accurate
Submit for Stripe review (if required)
Stripe status shows "Connected" in CoachRx
