Are you having trouble viewing client videos in CoachRx?
There appears to be an issue in the v115 release of Google Chrome that causes some videos to show without an image (black screen) but you can hear the sound.
You will need to update Chrome to the latest release to fix this issue.
How to Update Chrome
Open Google Chrome on your computer
Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner
Go to Help and then About Google Chrome
Chrome will automatically check for and install updates
Click Relaunch when the update is complete
