Getting started with the CoachRx client app is simple. This guide walks new clients through the onboarding process from downloading the app to completing their first workout.

Getting Started

  1. Download the CoachRx app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)

  2. Open the email invitation from your coach and tap the link to accept

  3. Create your account or sign in if you already have one

  4. Complete your profile setup (name, photo, basic info)

Navigating the App

After logging in, you will see your home screen with today's prescribed workout, lifestyle tasks, and any messages from your coach. Use the bottom navigation bar to access your calendar, messages, profile, and settings.

Tips for New Clients

  • Check the app daily for new workouts and lifestyle prescriptions

  • Use the messaging feature to communicate directly with your coach

  • Complete your weekly check-ins to give your coach feedback on your progress
