Streaks in CoachRx: Enhancing Your Consistency
Streaks in CoachRx are designed to make your health and fitness journey more engaging and motivating. Think of Streaks as a fun challenge that rewards your consistency in following your exercise and lifestyle prescriptions.
How Does It Work?
Exercise Prescriptions:
You'll earn a streak point for each day you complete at least one exercise from your prescribed workout. It's not all or nothing – even a little progress counts!
Lifestyle Prescriptions:
For lifestyle-related tasks (like sleep, hydration, or nutrition), you need to complete all the prescribed activities for the day to earn your streak point.
Multiple Prescriptions:
If you have exercise and lifestyle prescriptions on a given day, BOTH must be successfully completed to receive credit.
Managing Streaks:
Deadline for Completion:
Make sure to complete your daily prescriptions before 12:00 am (midnight) local time. This is the cut-off time for your activities to count towards your streak for that day.
Streak Reset:
If you miss the midnight deadline, your streak will unfortunately reset to zero. This reset is automatic, so it's crucial to stay on top of your daily routines!
Coach Adjustments:
Coaches can manually adjust client streaks to account for special circumstances or technical issues, ensuring streak counts remain accurate and fair.
